• Scott will sit down and have a one-on-one conversation about what your goals are for your new home.

2. Arrange Financing

• Line up your financing so you can confidently move forward with the vision of your dream home.

• If you need a great local lender, we have suggestions for proven lenders who have earned the trust of many of our homeowners.

3. Finalize the design and pricing of your dream home. 

• Once everything is approved, you will sign a contract.

4. Meet with our Design Team to make your selections. 

• We will coordinate on-site and off-site appointments for your convenience to allow a smooth and easy process.

​

5. Go to the final walk-through and learn about the various systems and how to best maintain your home.

​

    That same day you will go to the closing and get your keys!
