Tivoli Ranch
Our most recent build is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Tivoli ranch with a full basement. Check out some of the customized finishes these clients went with.
Our Tivoli floor plan has a spacious great room at the heart of the home. These finishes feature custom built-in shelves. The eat-in kitchen with Cambria quartz counter tops and custom cabinetry completes the gathering area.
The large primary suite is designed with convenience in mind. The bathroom features “his and hers” vanities, a custom walk in shower, and an oversized walk-through closet with access from the bedroom and the bathroom.
Two secondary bedrooms with plenty of storage and a full bathroom reside in a private wing of the main floor.
The level backyard with covered patio is ideal for entertaining family and friends.
Custom Ranch Build
This custom ranch floorplan features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main level hosts the great room, custom kitchen and dining room, a half bathroom, custom laundry room, private home office, and luxurious primary suite ideal for total relaxation. The lower level features a large central custom recreation area with wet bar, the 4 secondary bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a safe room with hidden doors.
This custom built ranch is bathed in natural light from top to bottom and features an oversized, open gathering area for every occasion on the main floor. The large custom kitchen with modern finishes showcases a hidden walk-in pantry.
The breathtaking primary suite features a bay window nook that provides the perfect space for relaxing with a book. The primary bathroom features an oversized soaking tub and walk-through shower with dual shower heads.

Our latest build is one of our classic ranch floorplans, the Tivoli, which features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. This popular layout provides plenty of space for everyone, and this particular version offers amazing storage space in the large walkout basement.
The modern gathering area of our Tivoli floorplan includes a spacious living room complete with fireplace, a custom eat-in kitchen with plenty of room for storage, and a dining nook for quick meals and snacks.
